Helpful tips to maximize your experience at Sunrinity Health.

On your first visit please take time to download and fill out our intake forms and bring them with you and/or show up about 10-15 minutes early. Your personal Massage Therapist will begin your session with a formal consultation. He/She will briefly go over your health history, ROM and goals. He/She will answer questions you may have and finish with a very brief explanation of what you can expect during your massage. After your session you will receive a cup of our ionized water, a brief check in from your personal Therapist and any suggestions he/she may have to help you obtain your goal(s) sooner. At check out, the person at the front desk will greet you with scheduling options based on the recommendations of your personal Therapist, so you can obtain your goal(s).

Late Arrivals/Cancellation Policy

While we understand life is not always predictable, we do have late arrival and cancellation policies in order to respect your time as a client and our therapists’ time. For late arrivals the session will end at the scheduled time and full payment is expected. Cancellations require a 24 hour notice. Full payment is required for any cancellations without a 24 hour notification.

Payment

Full payment is required at the time of scheduling. We accept cash, check, credit card and gift certificates. Any gift certificate used after the expiration date will be valid for the purchase amount only and the remaining balance will be due at time of scheduling.

Sunrinity Health is a professional massage therapy clinic. Our staff consists of certified/licensed massage therapists with collective years of experience and a range of modalities to accommodate a balance for your health needs and goals.
