Swedish

The main intent of a Swedish massage is to increase oxygen in the blood flow and release toxins from the muscles. This is done through a variety of techniques designed to relax the muscles by applying pressure to them against deeper muscles and bones. This is done rubbing in the same direction as the flow of blood returning to the heart.

Sports

This is a combination of Deep Tissue techniques and Stretching. Typically used for athletic maintenance pre and post event.

Deep Tissue

This technique releases chronic patterns of tension in the muscles through deep pressure, specific strokes and trigger point therapy.

Prenatal

A shorter swedish massage done with lighter pressure. Doctors written consent needed prior to making appointment and must be past 1st trimester.

Stretching

Deep stretching techniques used at a slow pace. Often used for athletes and growing youth with growing pains.

Reflexology

Also known as Zone Therapy. Used as an alternative natural medicine for your body through the pressure points of the hands and/or feet.

CranioSacral

CST is a gentle, hands-on method of evaluating and enhancing the functioning of a physiological body system called the CranioSacral system.
Using a soft touch generally no greater than 5 grams, or about the weight of a nickel, practitioners release restrictions in the CranioSacral system to improve the functioning of the central nervous system.
